Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order, however if you regularly only require small amounts, we encourage you to consider placing a larger order fortnightly. Our produce is so fresh this is certainly a workable alternative. It will help the environment as well!

Is there a delivery charge?

No, there is no charge for delivery in the Adelaide Metro area! That makes us even more special. Our metro delivery is completely free at Fresh'n Delicious! We do have a growing customer base in some regional areas and in order to get our fresh produce to these customers we charge a flat $5 fee.

How do I know if you deliver to my area?

Simply type your postcode into the postcode search facility. If it is indicated that we do not currently deliver to your area, please contact us, we may be able to include your suburb or town in our weekly deliveries.

Which credit cards can I use?

We currently accept Visa & MasterCard through our ANZ eGate secure payment gateway.

What if I forget my password?

Click on the 'Forgot your password' link when asked to Login. Enter email address and click 'Send' and your password will be emailed to you. Allow 60 seconds before checking your email.

How late can I place my order for next day delivery?

Orders placed by 10pm will be included in our next day delivery.

What happens if I place my order over the weekend?

Any orders placed between 10.00 p.m. Thursday and 10.00 p.m. Sunday, will be delivered from Monday of that week. The website will only allow you to select the next available delivery time.

What happens if a product is not in stock?

We will do our best to ensure that your ordered products are delivered to you. There may be a time when the availability of a product is out of our control. In these circumstances we will provide the nearest possible match to your order. This may be as simple as a size difference only. We will gladly refund any product that you are dissatisfied with.

Do I have to personally accept my order?

No. However we do prefer that you be available at your nominated delivery destination and time. We can leave your shopping in polystyrene containers with ice packs to keep your refrigerated products cool for several hours. If this is the case - YOU MUST LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS if you are not going to receive your order personally. Simply type a message in the Special Instructions box located on the Check Out Page. We will not leave your products without prior arrangement nor without payment being received.

What if I am unhappy with my order?
